Reservation's Deposit: A 20% deposit is required within 48 hours of your reservation request. Upon receipt of funds your reservation will be confirmed. We invoice all clients via Pay Pal and deposits can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, or your personal Pay Pal Account (you do not need a Pay Pal Account to Pay). Please note that if your deposit is not received within 48 hours your reservation will not be guaranteed.
Balance of Payment: Your entire balance is due and payable in Colombian Pesos upon check-in or no later then 12:00 PM the day after your arrival. The amount of Pesos you owe will be calculated using the TRM (Colombian Pesos Index) rate on the date of your payment.
Example: You balance is $300.00 and the TRM rate is 1700
1700 X 300 = 510,000 pesos
Colombian Pesos: One of the best ways to obtain Colombia Pesos is through the ATM network in Medellin. On your way from the airport ask your VIP Driver to stop at one of the ATM's in Medellin. ATM Information.
Your balance can also be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, your personal Pay Pal Account or Western-Union. A fee of 15% will be added to your entire balance for Pay Pal, Credit Card payments and Western-Union. Please note that all rates will increase by 20% during Colombiamoda and La Feria de las flores July 29-August 10. Higher rates apply during the Christmas Holidays. No fees are charged for reservation deposits.
Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation 10 days or more before your arrival date your deposit, minus a 20% fee, will be refunded. If you cancel less then 10 days before your arrival date your deposit will not be refunded. There are no exceptions.
